1.Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 4 hours from placing it by contacting our customer support
team at Picklesaddafresh@gmail.com.
If order is processed or shipped then cancellation/refund will be not effective.
2.Refunds
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your
order.
Once we verify the issue, we will offer a full refund or replacement for the affected product.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and shall be completed within 7
business days.
3.Returns
Product must be sealed in its original condition.
Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or
incorrect.
Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
4.How to Initiate a Return or Refund

We will provide instructions for returning the product and processing your refund.
If you request a replacement, please raise the request within 24 hours of delivery. The
replacement product will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
5.No COD Available
Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for orders placed with Pickles
Adda.
